Peel the backing off the 3M adhesive, align the pad to your shroud, and press firmly for 30 seconds. No tools required. We recommend cleaning the shroud surface with isopropyl alcohol first for maximum adhesion. Full installation instructions are included with every order.

Start with the Loaded (6mm). The extra thickness gives you more contact and a more defined feel between your knee and the bike — which builds confidence faster. Most riders, regardless of experience, start on Loaded. You can step down to Lean as your riding develops and you want a closer-to-stock feel.

Thickness — and the feel that comes with it. The Loaded (6mm) gives you more contact and support. The EVA foam is UV-tested to 3000 hours and the 3M adhesive is marine grade. With normal riding use, expect the pads to last multiple seasons. They're built to outlast grip tape and other consumable accessories significantly.

We stock pads for all current models across Honda, Yamaha, KTM, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, GasGas, Suzuki, Beta and Sherco. If you're riding an older model or something not listed, use the Made to Order form and we'll cut it specifically for your bike.
